My Background
I am a strength-led Pilates instructor specialising in rehabilitation and informed training for adults 30+.
My work bridges Mat Pilates, Progressive resistance training and Reformer precision to support long-term joint health and real strength.
I continue to refine my education to ensure every client receives intelligent, structured progression.
My Philosophy
I believe strength should support your life — not exhaust it.
Training should feel purposeful, progressive and aligned with how your body actually functions. My approach combines alignment, resistance and integration to build resilience, confidence, longevity and mental wellbeing.
