Who It’s For

Community classes are suitable for beginner to mixed abilities.

Sessions are layered, meaning exercises are progressed or regressed clearly so you can work at the level appropriate for you.

Whether you are building foundations or refining strength and control, you will be coached with clarity and intention.

How It Differs From 1:1

Community classes provide structured group programming.

1:1 training offers individualised assessment, goal setting and progressive strength planning tailored entirely to you.

If you’re managing injury, post-natal recovery or menopause-related strength changes, 1:1 may be more appropriate.
